  • One person per account. Account sharing is not permitted.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date

  • No partial refunds for unused portions of the subscription period

  • Content is generated with AI assistance and curated by editorial processes
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission
  • You retain ownership of anything you submit (feedback, preferences)

7. AI-generated content

  • Content is generated with the assistance of artificial intelligence
  • While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies
  • Breakaway News does not provide financial, legal, or professional advice
  • Verify critical information from official sources
  • We are not liable for decisions made based on our content

8. User conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to bypass paywalls or access controls
  • Interfere with the Service's operation
  • Scrape, crawl, or automate access without permission
  • Share subscription credentials with unauthorised users

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, or modify or discontinue the Service with reasonable notice to subscribers.

Upon termination: access to paid content ceases, your data is handled per our Privacy Policy, and no refunds are issued for terminations due to Terms violations.

10. Limitation of liability

  • The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your current subscription period
  • This does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

12. Changes to Terms

Material changes will be notified via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
